Due to important maintenance work, internet banking, phone banking and our mobile app will be offline from 12:00am to 6:30am AEST on Sunday 24 November 2024. Card services, digital wallet transactions and corporate website will not be affected. Please see below the maintenance that will occur during this time.

Details

The following services will be offline during the maintenance period:

  1. Internet Banking
  2. Mobile App
  3. Phone Banking
  4. Core Banking System (CBS)
  5. Online lending and account opening applications

The following Member Services will not be affected during the maintenance period:

  1. Cards - online and will continue to operate
  2. Apple and Google Wallet transactions - available
  3. Corporate websites - online

All services are expected to resume by 6.30am on Sunday 24 November. This maintenance window has been chosen to provide the least impact to our Members.
