To protect the safety of our staff and Members impacted by severe weather and flooding in Townsville and surrounding areas, we have made the decision to close the following branches on Monday 3 February 2025.

The following branches will be closed, Monday 3 February 2025:
Deeragun Home Hill Magnetic Island Townsville City Willows - open from 12:30, Monday 3 February.Our Aitkenvale branch located at our Queensland Country Bank Head Office will be open.
Our Contact Centre will be open to assist with any Member enquiries, please call 1800 075 078.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will advise if any further or extended closures occur and will reopen branches when it's safe to do so. We appreciate your understanding.
