Queensland Country Bank will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Core Banking System from 12:00am to 7:00am (AEST) on Sunday 22 March 2026.

Details

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • All Incoming and Outgoing Payments (Any transactions made or scheduled during the outage will be delayed and queued)
  • Internet Banking
  • Mobile Banking App
  • Online Loan Applications
  • New Member Applications
  • SmartBudget

 

The following services will still be available:

  • Visa Debit and Credit Card transactions
  • Digital Wallet payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Wallet)
  • Queensland Country Bank website

Important: A temporary $500 total transaction limit will apply to all card payments during the maintenance window.
