Bonza voluntary administration

We are aware that a number of our Members have been impacted by the recent voluntary administration of Bonza Airlines. If you wish to raise a dispute regarding these transactions, we ask that you please contact Bonza’s Administrator Support Line on 03 8678 1600 or email bonzacustomers@hallchadwick.com.au in the first instance.

If you have received written confirmation of your flight cancellation and that no refund is being provided, we can support you in raising a Visa dispute form.

Please Note: We will aim to support any impacted Members during this time however we cannot guarantee that your claim will result in a successful refund.
